I'd suggest asking about it in the get_iplayer support first. That's what does the actual downloading -- Get iPlayer Automator is just a GUI around it.
If they do support it I can figure out what UI changes or browser integration needs to happen.

Any chance of Get iPlayer Automator having BritBox support? I’ve heard it uses similar frameworks to iPlayer. Thanks!
