ITV downloads: GIA records as complete, but folder empty #321

Version 1.21.6 on Mac OS 11.2.3

Attempting to download Unforgotten Series 4: GIA records status of 'download complete' for each of 5 episodes, but the target folder for the files remains empty. The log looks similar for each episode:

Downloading Show 1/5:

Downloading Retrieving Metadata... INFO: Preparing Request for Auth Info INFO: Metadata processed. youtube-dl finished downloading No thumbnail URL, skipping INFO: No thumbnail downloaded WARN: AtomicParsley key: --artwork, value: nil WARN: AtomicParsley key: --year, value: nil INFO: Beginning AtomicParsley Tagging. INFO: AtomicParsley Tagging finished.

Each 'download' took about 30 minutes, despite no result

The WARN messages are okay. It just means that metadata couldn't be parsed, for whatever reason. Can you turn on Verbose logging and see what happens? I was able to download this, but I also have a fix in place for #318, which would affect the name of the file generated.

EDIT: This looks like #317, because it's the same show, but the download fails instead of silently succeeding.
