Request: Support STV Player as well as iTV Hub for higher quality downloads #334

After discovering STV Player (stv.tv) following problems with downloading from iTV Hub and how youtube-dl supports it enabling up to 1080p downloads, I am requesting that STV Player is added to GiA (not as a replacement because not all iTV channels are available on STV, apparently).

Getting GiA to support their URLs for use with Get Current Webpage won't be too bad, but I doubt I will have time to scrape their website for caching. Contributions are always welcome. :-)

I’m unfortunately not a coder but I can see that all the programmes are available via https://player.stv.tv/categories. However, unlike in the stv app there’s no alphabetical listing like there is in itv hub on the web.
