No Video Content When Downloading BBC Programs in Full HD #403

What steps will reproduce the problem? Be specific, and provide as much detail as possible.

Downloading a full HD (1080) program from the BBC creates an mp4 file that only contains audio, plus a subtitles file. This occurs with Eggheads: Series 19 Episodes 6 and 7, but not with all earlier episodes. Downloading these episodes in HD (720) works perfectly.

What version of GiA are you using? On what version of OS X?

Version 1.23.0 (20220328001) and Monterey 12.3.1 (21E258).

Are you using a web proxy? DNS proxy? VPN? VPS?

No

What program are you attempting to download (full title, series and episode)? Provide only ONE program as an example.

Eggheads: Series 19 Episodes 6

Please provide any additional information below.

I understand this may be a problem in get_iplayer itself.

I note that this is SIMILAR to issue #395, but in my case I get ONLY the audio in a SMALL file, 67MB for example. If this is a case of the 1080 stream simply being missing, shouldn't GiA automatically get the 720 version? Using Downie provides only a 720 video, so it's probably correct to assume 1080 isn't available. Enough rambling from me...
