As of 12/7/2023 ITV/STV does not work with Safari browser. As Safari appears to be the only browser that GIA recognizes using the "Use Current Webpage" option there is no longer a way to download programs from ITV/STV. Attempts to use the PID fail with an error and the search option is unable to locate recent programs. The only downloads that appear to work are from the BBC using PIDs.
ITV is expected to not work. See #428 STV works fine for me with Use Current Webpage. Try https://player.stv.tv/episode/4ehh/lingo for example.
From the date format it would seem that the OP is in the USA anyway!
