Rebrand the application #15

The application should be re-branded to distinguish it from the original ChatZilla application.

[x] Choose a new name for the application.
[x] Update icons and logos, and include larger icon sizes (32, 64, 128)
[x] Change application name in localization files and in other visible labels.
[x] All home page and documentation links should point to pages on this repository's site.
