Restrict logging to debug mode.

Just a note, this issue is also present in Firefox. See: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1297673

I can no longer reproduce this in Pale Moon 28.0.0a2 with Reader View 2.0.0, so I'm assuming this was fixed somewhere in the UXP rebase. Closing this issue for now.
