Consolidate ReaderParent module #5

Since Pale Moon does not implement e10s, the ReaderParent module is not necessary. Functionality should be moved to readerMain.js file instead.

Probably won't do this, since leaving them separate allows for slightly easier comparison with mozilla-central.
