Overall love this idea. Assuming Revelation Dance is coded correctly, I don't think the code should care if the user is an actual Oricorio, and it will just be a strong STAB special move that can be taught to any pokemon. Customizing the "teach a pokemon" part of the encounter should not be difficult at all.

I am marking this as great only for the fact that Oricorio is somewhat of a rare find in the wild, especially Pa'u and Sensu form. If that seems too harsh, it can be common.

Dance Lessons on the Fly? is an event that can occur in any biome following this premise: an Oricorio of any of the 4 forms approaches the player in the wild. Instead of instantly attacking, it enters the first position of it's dance routine as if pining to show the player something.

The Biome determines I feel like as birds they can migrate fine, though it may be kind of silly to see a cheerleader in space

Explanation/Notes on Design
This event provides access to all forms of a slightly rare pokemon, while also allowing players with them as starters to place a very uncommon move on one of their pokemon, or make a wild Oricorio stronger than average (would be great for a mono-flying or gen 7 run I think.)
I believe the Revelation Dance tutor is a fine addition, as special pokemon in the game likely have a more fine tuned special stab move to utilize with preferred effect over the generic Revelation Dance. This alas relies on the hopes that the moce is coded in a way to change types, but it also being a more reliable Hurricane if not may have appeal too.
Teaching Oricorio a dance move is largely fine as, besides Quiver Dance or Fiery Dance, most dance moves Oricorio already learns or does not benefit it much (you are not clicking Clangorous Soul on this damn thing). It's more of a thematic way to get the capture easier, and in niche situations it helps Oricorio to gain some set-up.
Also I chose floor 50 as Revelation dance does have a decently high BP, so I would wait a few floors before handing it out for free.
Notes to Artists
Nothing. Unless there is a desire to make a dancing animation, but maybe you could just steal the teeter dance animation for both parties. Actually it'd also be funny if the spotlight effect from Encore occurred as well.

If Revelation Dance is horrible to work with, please shift to making it just a dance move tutor.
