Description

You encounter a trainer with a Wobbuffet carnival game.

The trainer challenges the player to wind the Wubboffet up for a strong counterattack to ring the bell. But if the player KOs the Wubb, they will have to pay for a revive instead and receive no reward.

Options offered to the player

• [ ] Play the Game
  • Requires the player to select 1 pokemon from their party
  • Starts a "battle" against a Wubboffet of the same level as the selected pokemon.
    • The Wubb does nothing except use the move Bide
  • The "battle" lasts 3 turns, and the player can use any move but cannot switch out.
  • At the end of the 3 turns, the Wubboffet swings the other direction to hit the bell!
  • If the player KOed the Wubboffet, they lose and must pay for a revive out of pocket (pay 1 revive cost or lose all remaining money if they don't have enough for a revive)
  • If the player brought the Wubboffet to 1-5% HP, the player wins big! They earn a Multi-lens
  • If the player brought the Wubboffet to 5-10% HP, the player gets a great prize! They earn a Scope Lens
  • If the player brought the Wubboffet to 10-25% HP, the player gets a nice prize. They earn a Wide Lens
  • If the player brought the Wubboffet to any other value above 25%, the player does not win anything
  • Player gains exp equal to the Wubboffet as part of the encounter, no matter the outcome

  • Leave with no rewards or exp.
