This is a documentation bug instead of feature flaw, as we mentioned that all command parameters are not allowed to be used user input. However, we did not mention clearly that '|' is also a command paramenter clearly in user guide.

Team chose [type.DocumentationBug] Originally [type.FunctionalityBug]

Reason for disagreement: It is a type.FunctionalityBug because it is not just a missing step in the documentation. The data enetered is retained during the runtime of the app and is lost upon restart, and hence it is an unexpected behaviour. The feature does not work as expected.

:question: Issue severity

Team chose [severity.Low] Originally [severity.High]

Reason for disagreement: If data entered by a user is lost, it will cause major problems, especially since the app actually retains the data at first.

If the app seems to work fine, and the next time the user open the app, the data just disappears without the user's knowledge, I think it is safe to say this is definitely not a severity.Low, and is a severity.High.
