Black spreading across screen and screen artefacts with MakeUp Ultrafast 8.7 Shader #316

What happened?

When I load the MakeUp Ultrafast 8.7 Shader with Oculus, a black void spreads across my screen, and the screen appears to have a grainy filter on it. The water also flickers.
