When using Oculus I'm not experiencing any artifacts with the SEUS HRR 3 with my AMD GPU.
I've tested the following methods:
Optifine (Forge)
OptiFabric (Fabric)
Iris (Fabric)
Oculus (Forge)
SEUS HRR 3 works OOB with an AMD RX 7900 XT

I am aware that this is not a bug in the traditional sense, but it's still unexpected behavior.
I wasn't sure whether I should report this on the Iris repo or here but since I'm experiencing the same issue with Optifine, for which the shader was written, I decided that you probably know best what the cause for the issue could be.
I figured it out how to make the artifacts go away, you have to add "env __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=0 AMD_DEBUG=nonggc
AMD_DEBUG=nodpbb
AMD_DEBUG=mono
AMD_DEBUG=useaco" as a wrapper command (I used prism launcher)
