With Oculus 1.19.2 1.6.9, without a shader activated, cc: tweaked monitors are really dim. I haven't checked if iris has the same issue.

I apologise if this issue has been already fixed, and there is a setting or something to fix it. Also I'm reporting it here, but it might actually be better as an Iris issue? If so, I can move it over there instead.
