cutegram don't work with a bad internet connection #211

hi,

I'm not sure that this is the real cause but it seems that every time my connection becomes slower and starts to drop tons of packets then cutegram stops working. When this happen cutegram can no more send or receive messages. Or it could happen that if someone sends me the messages m1,m2,..,mk I would receive only a subset of them (maybe not even in the correct order) (with subset I mean really any subset, it could skip messages and receive for example only {m3,m4,m6,m8})

Even after the connection becomes good again it remains unusable, the only way to fix is to restart it.

Starting it with the verbose option prints only lines like this every 5 or so seconds: tg.core.connection: bytes written: 88 tg.core.connection: bytes written: 1 with occasionally disconnection errors: tg.core.connection: SocketError: "1" "The remote host closed the connection" tg.core.connection: Trying to reconect to host

OS: Fedora 23 64bit cutegram is built from sources cutegram: 2.7.1 telegram-qml: 0.9.2 libqtelegram-aseman-edition: 6.1
