Jumbled settings font #222

When scrolling to the bottom of the settings, text will become jumbled. Scrolling back up will fix it, scrolling back down will make it jumbled again.

This only seems to happen with smooth scroll disabled.

Windows 10 64-bit, 100% DPI, Cutegram 2.7.1
