Does not supports WEBM video #273

Hello. I wanted to send WEBM videos to myself through Cutegram, as @telegramdesktop does not allows any type of video being sent as video. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WebM

I'm able to upload it on Cutegram, but it never ends loading.
