Does not supports .GIF.MP4 files #274

Hi. Telegram behaves with GIF by converting it to MP4 format. So, downloaded GIFs are called ".GIF.MP4". I tried to send this to myself, which works fine on Telegram, but the result was that it not even started sending the video:
