Maybe PR review could be posted when there are errors. Instead of simple comments, merging would be blocked with request changes review.

Forked repository have some problem with listing labels ...

Initial PR creation is not posting comments and labels for some reason. It was working before https://github.com/Ash258/GithubActionsBucketForTesting/pull/66

Now it works only when created PR from origin repository.

It is broken when PR is opened from forked repository for some reason 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♀️
