Adopt to global release of Actions #43

Actions will be globally released on November 13

HCL will be deprecated in favour of YAML. https://developer.github.com/actions https://help.github.com/en/articles/migrating-github-actions-from-hcl-syntax-to-yaml-syntax

All workflows are ready. Needs to be only enabled as soon as new version is released

Readme is adjusted to YAML

All personal repositories are switched to newer version.

Keep this opened to track some issues with new format

Seems like transition went well and at least Issue action is working properly.

Remove old action files from all repositories

Event is not compressed now. Not sure if it will be issue. Could be compressed in future for easier copying, smaller and more compact logs.
