Inside windows environment it is possible to use full power of scoop.

But this require to finish work on following:

  1. aborts (lukesampson/scoop#3748) and proper try catching as decompress modules now using throw and I cannot simply use tee object for getting result without hustle
  2. Dependencies to properly simulate all dependends (lukesampson/scoop#3784)
