As file will grow it will be nice to sanitize it into more modules

First release will be just mess in one file. Then next structure will be considered.

  - Add-Comment, GithubRequests, Add-label
  - Variables with labels $HASH-FIX-NEEDED = 'hash-fix-needed'
- Scoop
  - Transitions.ps1
- Actions
  - PR.ps1
  - Issue
    - Hash.ps1
    - Download.ps1
    - Extract.ps1
- GeneralHelpers.ps1
  - Arrays, Logs, ...
Entrypoint.ps1
- This will be just variables declaration, import of modules, main

Comments module. Just string variables which could be reused
