DB/World full spawn for Copper and Tin veins #120

ADB have a looooooot of copper and Tin veins duplicated, this PR take full spawn from TC, @Traesh if this is valid i will continue with other ores that have the same problems. Also ADB have others GO id for copper and tin veins, see comments in sql. All new guids are free in ADB

Can you check the pools at the same time for those veins ?

There is not much that can be taken out, but I will get what I have.
