Updated the sequence of missions and npc related to the blacksmith profession 7.3.5

I would like to know if the server is being upgraded to the Battle for Azeroth 8.0.1 expansion, or is it an error made in some update?

i did merge some BfA db stuff yes, but the expansion update for the core is not ready yet.
