Describe the bug I don't get the buff after using 3 holy power generating ability

To Reproduce

  1. cast 3 holy power generating ability

Expected behavior After casting 3 holy power generating ability it is supposed to give me blessing of Dawn, and after consuming Blessing of dawn it is supposed to give me Blessing of Dusk

Criticality [ ] High : This bug has a major impact on the spec dps/hps/survivability (Rogue Energy regenerate 50% slower than it should)
