Describe the bug The spell isn't working

To Reproduce

  1. Summon any demon
  2. Try to use Health funnel on it

Expected behavior Should damage me for 25% of my hp to heal the demon for twice as much

Criticality [ ] High : This bug has a major impact on the spec dps/hps/survivability (Rogue Energy regenerate 50% slower than it should)
