Describe the bug
While you have Temporal Displacement or other similar effects, you may use Time Warp to grant yourself 30% Haste for 40 sec.
Its not working. It will remove the Temporal Displacement debuff but wont give you the haste buff
Criticality
High: Can be a huge dps loss on both Single Target/AoE fights
