Describe the bug
Each consecutive critical strike you deal increases critical strike damage you deal by 2%, up to 8% for 6 sec.
Doesnt matter how many crits you deal it wont increase the critical strike damage, also you wont get the stackable buff on yourself

High: Can be a huge dps loss on both Single Target/AoE fights
