Describe the bug The spell doesn't do anything, only a visual
To Reproduce
Expected behavior Should apply flame shock to primary target and make all enemies effected by flame shock get hit by lightning bolt
Criticality [ ] Breaking class : The class/spec isn't playable without this spell fixed. (Taunt for a tank, Mage's Fireball doing 0 damage, ...)
