I was trying to check the diagnostic plotting of the storm rainfall map with just xarray and I have found something wrong with the latitudes being upside down with the current version of RainyDay. I don't know if this is correct but the xarray plot is correct because it is how the shape of the transposition domain should be.
Please ignore the bar on the right for the rainfall this is something to do with how we handle negative (-9999) values and summation of the rainarray from the catalog.
