As a User I want to calculate risk score for a collection

The whole functionality should already be implemented in the hedera-nft-utilities repository (https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-nft-utilities?tab=readme-ov-file#risk-score-calculation)

Acceptance criteria:

The user should be able to calculate risk score for on-chain token
The user should get an enum information (NORISK, LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) as well as raw number
The user should get information about what is raising the risk score of the collection. (admin key set, metadata not on ipfs, etc.)
There should be documentation on how the risk score is calculated and how each key and property adds risk to a collection
There should be a way to set custom weights and risk levels. If not specified, the default weights should be used
There should be a way to calculate the risk score for an off-chain collection and an on-chain collection
Writing unit ~~and integration tests~~
