Acceptance criteria:

SDK has a function that takes in CreateCollectionType and returns the amount of USD and HBAR required to create a collection
HBAR price is calculated based on mirror node endpoint (/api/v1/network/exchangerate)
utilize logic of fee estimator already implemented in Mintbox
fees should be aligned with Hedera Fee calculator
