If there is a request is from a builder, stonemason, etc. , it is made but taken from refined storage. Could be a RS issue also. 2023-10-13_20 49 20 Screenshot_148

Is it just the said item or items like lever is also not used?
Have you checked the config.ini and changed the value export_to
