Remove gizmo node linking #300

This PR is trying to solve the following design goals.

Allow the Gizmo's to exist without knowing node specific information
Removing the tight coupling of 3d and 2d routes in gizmo
Avoid branching logic for icons versus paths
Convert the 3d position coordinates into 2d for updating 2d paths
