Add data fileds to replace yaml comments and allow editing comments in a gui

There are several features that will benefit from this change. The two "easy" comment types to address are

• Section, some sort of division between chunks of items in the calculator
• Note, a field that will probably exist on multiple things like stack size, item, recipe, maybe more.

We will have to investigate the existing calculators to determine if any others might be needed.
