Installing ios15 for error -2011

What steps will reproduce the problem?

2. When you had done TB1 successfully, then happens doing :
TB Part 2: Restoring Trucha Bug to IOS36

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Succesfull. Press A to exit. Or something like?

Please provide any additional information below.
I trying to install USB Loader Gx, and follow steps on this page:
http://wehackwii.pbworks.com/USB-Loader

Then trying step 5 happened the error.

I look for the missing or damaged files (ios36-64-v3351.wad and ios36-64-
v3351.wad.out.wad), but, it was imposible.

Based on your last description. It appears you are trying to DOP-IOS Mod 
instead of
DOP-Mii. Can you try it with DOP-Mii instead.

Hi, i got reinstall HomeBrew, and after that i installed v1042.wad.out.wad. 
Also intalled usbloader gx, but it throw up many errors.

I could not load wii sports iso. 

If some one can help me to run well the application usb loader gx, i will thank 
you.
