--title option in json #139

Explanation of new feature:
  currently a tittle in json will append a semi colon and a tab
  like
    "title":    "myfancytitle:  "

I think this is mainly because of the none json ouput

I personally had not considered the use of --title and --json together.

What were you expecting to happen?  Do you mean that iperf3 should not append 
the colon and tab in the JSON output?  (If so that sounds like a reasonable 
change to make.)

Make this a 3.1 fix for now.  Might backport this to 3.0.x if we decide to do 
one.
