As a user, I want to be able to order food in the comfort of my own home.

[x] Create HTML template for invoice
[x] Pull Firebase data
[x] Store data received from cook page in easily accessible locations/structures
[x] Inject stored data into invoice template
[x] Output invoice so user can read it
