Copyright infringement - copied design in repository #2

Hello,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to you because I have noticed that your repository,https://github.com/Ashik-AD/react-dashboard appears to have copied our template design and code without permission.

We (Themeselection) are the original creators of the design and coding of the template Materio MUI React Next js Admin Template and we do not allow unauthorized reproductions. We kindly ask that you remove the repository or change the design to avoid copyright infringement.

I have attached evidence of the copied design for your reference. Please let us know your thoughts on this matter, and we can work together to resolve it.

I would like to inform you that my purpose for using your material was solely for educational/learning purposes. My target audience is web developers who want to learn and build something. I believe your material provided valuable insights to us (developers, who are new to the field), and we cited your work in our references accordingly.

I understand the importance of respecting intellectual property rights.

I would like to clarify that while I may have referenced your design, I did not use or copy your code in any way.

I hope that this response addresses your concerns and that we can move forward in a respectful and professional manner. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do to rectify this situation.

Hello there,

We truly understand your concern but the design that you've used is the copied design of Materio and on our platform, we sell design files as well.

Therefore, our team has decided not to entertain such repositories that are affecting our business.
