OPML Export fails (Null) #412

Describe the bug When exporting feeds as OPML, on older versions ReadYou used to say something along the lines of a child process failing, and you could navigate through the app but you couldn't change anything. Now it just toasts "(null)" and results in the same unresponsive behavior, which you have to force stop and reopen to get it to work again.

(I may not respond in a timely manner, but you will be notified when this issue is resolved or refused to be resolved.)

This is still the case for version 0.9.12.
