Hi there! Thanks so much for the report.
From the textbook, it is mentioned that the last column on purpose can be omitted if the reason is trivial. In this case, for our target users (both HR executives and Department Heads), tracking employee performance for talent development is a prominent aspect of their job scope, and so it would be self-explanatory for them. Therefore, we feel that the last field is not necessary.
