Hi there! Thanks so much for the report.
While we agree that it is possible for two employees to share the same name, position, and department, we believe that this is highly unlikely, and definitely not a "common occurrence" as you say. Hence, it would only cause minor inconveniences at worst. Thus, we are accepting this bug, but we believe this to be of Low severity.
Once again, thank you so much for informing us regarding the error.

Though the app handles duplicates, it doesnt handle the duplicates well. It is definitely a common occurrence to have employees of the same name, job position and department but will inevitably have different email and phone numbers.
Thus, not allowing employees of the same name, job position and department to be added is not duplicate checking and does cause inconvenience.
