We acknowledge that your suggestion could be useful, however it does not impede the usage of the command and is a low priority bonus. Thus, we will tag this as not in scope.

Reason for disagreement: According to the website, I disagree as the abbreviation of the names of departments can result in the target users using less time to key in the data of the employees. From a end user perspective of a Human Resource executive (target users of Coydir), having to key in long department names would definitely take more time. To speed up the process, allowing abbreviations will be useful. As such, the response to the bug above should not be considered as response.NotInScope
