column option searchTypeFixed #111

* there is searchType option
* if the user adds search operator to his search request the searchType
will styl apply

My suggestion:
* add column option searchTypeFixed
* if searchTypeFixed=true user has no possibility to submit own operator
* if searchTypeFixed=false the user operator will override setting in
searchType
* if searchType is not set and searchTypeFixed=true will also work as expected
* searchTypeFixed should default to false
