tooltip for column header and filter #124

it would be great to have a column property which will define tooltip 
describing the column and also describing the filter field

Hi,

I can add two more options:

tooltipTitle

tooltipFilter

But is the deploy class responsible for presenting them.

definitely it is job for the deploy class

we should try to keep attribute names synchronized, so that it will always be
possible to switch between HTML and jqGrid etc. classes

the names will be tooltip and they should be set with updateColumn
