setNoFilters() has same behaviour whatever passed parameter #170

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Using 
1.setNoFilters(1)
2.setNoFilters(0)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1.no filters - OK
2.filters (activated) - KO, there are no filters

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v6, on Linux Fedora

Please provide any additional information below.
