What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place ZFDebug inside application only using certain parts of ZendFramework

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the ZFDebug bar to work within the confines of the 
system. Instead, watch as ZFDebug fails dramatically.
