Thank you for your review. I am not sure I understand how to rectify what I missed? Also, I thought I read that overall score would be 1-5 and anything 3 or below would have a chance to fix and resubmit?
Hi Ashley, the project asks learners to produce a report with text summarizing the information provided by the queries. While you did really well with the actual queries, the presentation isn't very coherent. You can check the project definition, template and rubric again here.
There are four components in total for this project, scored on a scale from 1-4. You should be okay with the current score, but if not I'd be happy to review your re-submission. If you do decide to resubmit, I encourage you to use the proper document formats. There should be a PPT-like presentation and a .sql file, per the project definition.
Does my current score warrant a certificate?

Yes, you will still get a certificate with this score.
Rubric Score
Criteria 1: Report: Are conclusions clear and supported by evidence in all eight answers?
Criteria 2: Query Accuracy: Do queries do what they were supposed to do?
Criteria 3: Query Formatting
Criteria 4: Understanding underlying concepts and terminology
Comment(s): Written queries demonstrate an understanding of the technical concepts and terminology that underpin this project. However, without adequate context or interpretation of the results, it is difficult to determine the level of understanding attained.
Overall Score: 12/16
You did a good job writing the specific queries to retrieve the desired data. A key part of any analyst’s job is to present and describe the results of a data inquiry or analysis to other stakeholders. This project is designed to combine technical skills (SQL queries) and analysis to mimic that reality. Unfortunately, while the code and query results look good they would be indecipherable to most external viewers.
