Jupyter integration

Create a Pinafore Jupyter kernel, that works like interactive mode.

• Output is always like HTTP content.
• Create JupyterOutput type
  • Drawing <: JupyterOutput via SVG
  • Action JupyterOutput <: JupyterOutput
  • Showable <: JupyterOutput (#119)
  • Ref +JupyterOutput <: JupyterOutput
  • GTK.Element <: JupyterOutput probably not possible (GJS? Seed?)
