g:ConqueTerm_ReadReverse #67

Since you can not scroll to bottom when g:ConqueTerm_ReadUnfocused is enabled. 
What about adding an option to read the buffer in the reverse order so that the 
last line is on top of the screen. Maybe that solves the scroll down problem.

I try to use an self updating repl shell with that. So i have no benefit to a 
normal terminal when i need to scroll down to see my results.
